FEATURED PET: Prince Rouger

This handsome boy is quite the catch! Prince Rouger is a 3-year-old, American Pitbull Terrier, who is full of energy. He’s very athletic and would make a great hiking or running partner. He can startle easily, so it’s important to approach him with positive energy. Prince Rouger needs an experienced and patient owner who can provide good training along with an adult-only home and a very secure yard. He may get along with other dogs, but not cats. If you’re looking for an outstanding companion, adopt Prince Rouger, A079097.

FEATURED PET: SHYLA

You can’t help but be a little jealous of Shyla’s beautiful brown and black locks! This 8-year-old is a very sweet girl, but she’s a little upset about the latest turn of events. Shyla was abandoned with three other cats in a laundry room. A change of venue and a little affection should get her back on track to being an awesome companion! Adopt Shlya (A081535).

FEATURED PET: SAMMY

Who can resist those hypnotic blue eyes? Sammy is a gorgeous 6 year-old mixed Siamese or Himalayan. He’s shy at first, but he’s very sweet and loves affection. FEATURED PET: LINUS

Linus is a handsome 6-year-old Lab/ Pit mix that’s looking to nuzzle his way into your heart! He’s a strong and active boy, so he’d be a good companion for an active home that can give him daily exercise and some basic training. Whether it be playing in the yard, going for a hike, or accompanying you on a run, he soaks it all up! Once he’s burnt off some of his energy, you’ll never find a more personable and loving cuddle bug. Linus loves hanging out with people, but we haven’t found another dog that he gets along with yet. He might do well with a docile female dog, so a meet and greet is a must. Head on down to the Burbank Animal Shelter and check out Linus, A081558!

FEATURED PET: TASIA

A face only a mother could love…but a dog anyone could love! Seven-year-old Tasia is a Mastiff mix who was found in the park and no one claimed her. It’s a shame because she’s very sweet and absolutely loves people! Tasia is very strong, so she’ll need leash training and an experienced owner. She may be okay with males dogs, but she hasn’t done well with females. So a meet-and-greet is a must. You’re gonna love coming home to this loveable lug-ette! Adopt Tasia, A081290.

FEATURED PETS: TOMAX AND XAMOT

Tomax and Xamont are bonded buddies for life. That’s probably because they have so much in common!  Both are 3 year-old Pit Bull mixes who understand the importance of “me-time.”
They’re very loving and sweet, but neither demands affection from you.  Both know the sit command and can catch food and balls in the air. And boy does Xamot love to play with balls! Tomax likes balls too, but he’s much more food-motivated. As much as both of them love food, they’re gentle when taking treats from your hand.
This perfect pair might be fine with cats. We don’t know how they feel about other dogs.  But one thing we DO know is that you’re gonna love them! Adopt Tomax (A079011) and Xamont (A079010).

Bison is an 8-year-old mastiff-mix who has it all!  He’s super-smart, fully trained, and knows multiple commands.   This lovable lug is great with people of all ages, but he’d be best in a family with kids 13 and up.  He loves kids, but he doesn’t know his own strength or size when he gets excited, so he may knock them over.  (And watch out for his tail!) Bison is a very social dog with people, but must be the only pet in the family.  If you’re looking for a loving and happy companion, come adopt Bison, A079397.
